Refund policy

Damages 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at greta@eastcoastivy.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item - report this within 2 days of receiving the package. Any damages reported after 2 days will not be accounted for. 

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

  •  Please leave us a note in the “order special instructions” box during checkout if you’re buying a gift for the holiday season. If you leave a note that it’s a gift, we will extend the exchange policy to January 5th, 2025. If the item needs to be sent back make sure the card we sent to you with the extended date is included in the return. If the card isn’t in the returned package, we will not accept it.

 

  • Returns for online orders will be issued in store credit in the form of a digital Gift Card. All in-store transactions are final sale because the fitting rooms are open. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. 

  • We MUST receive your return within 10 DAYS of your order date to be eligible for store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for the shipping charges of the return. Mail back to East Coast Ivy 88 Charles Street Suite 1 Boston MA 02114. International shipments may be delayed and do not allow refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • Returns must be scent and stain free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

  • SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned as well as the following items:

    • All jewelry

    • Bodysuits 

    • ALL winter accessories (hats, gloves, scarves etc.)

    • Bags/purses/wallets

    • Swimsuits

 

  • If you return a non-refundable item or the item is received to us after 10 days of the order date, store credit will NOT be issued. All online orders will arrive to you within 1-4 days after online transaction. 

  • If a sale item or is returned to us, we will send you a shipping invoice via email for the ineligible item(s). You are responsible for paying the invoice within 3 business days after it is emailed. If the shipping invoice is not paid, the ineligible return will be donated. We will attempt to contact you 2 times before donating. Make sure your email and phone number are in your profile during checkout. 

  • Once your package has been scanned by USPS or UPS, we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
