Shipping policy

Any order over $75 is free if shipping anywhere in the US. The standard shipping rate anywhere in the United States is $5.00. Packages will arrive in 1-4 business days. All packages are sent through UPS OR USPS. International shipment prices will be calculated for the customer in checkout. International shipments may be delayed and do not allow refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once your package is shipped out, the tracking information will be sent to the email given during the ordering process. Local pickup is free.

** all customers that order from East Coast Ivy, LLC and their package needs to go through CUSTOMS and therefore; requires a "CUSTOMS FEE" in order to be delivered will be responsible for that fee. East Coast Ivy, LLC will not be responsible for paying any customs fees.
