East Coast Ivy is a Woman-Owned Boutique located in Beacon Hill, Boston. Greta Belsole founded East Coast Ivy after she graduated from The College of Charleston in South Carolina. After a year of having her boutique solely online, she moved to Boston and opened her first Brick & Mortar store.
